3-Day Brighter Spirit Women’s Wellness Retreat 

An All-inclusive Retreat

Schedule for September 19-21, 2025

Our Women’s Wellness Retreat is a special event that will begin the morning of September 19, 2025, beginning with an opening ceremony where we will start to connect and get to know each other. Be prepared for a full days with the group at the Scarborough Inn, a nearby yoga studio, and the beach. We will be starting at 10 a.m. on Friday and conclude Sunday evening by celebrating the new moon’s arrival at 5:41 pm. Retreat includes two nights and breakfast at Scarborough Inn, 3 healthy lunches, and 2 healthy dinners. The Inn is a 6-7 minute walk to both the beach and the yoga studio, so you may choose not to drive once you have arrived.
